RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICIES
Step 1: Register with First Installment as Deposit
You can secure a spot in one of our Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat by registering with a non-refundable first installment or $300 deposit depending on the retreat. You can pay the deposit by check or venmo.
Step 2: Schedule Remainder of Payment
After making the initial deposit, you will receive a Welcome Letter confirming your enrollment. This letter will break down your remaining balance of tuition and room & board. In some cases, room & board payment is made directly to the center.
DISCOUNTS, PRIZES, FEATURED TRAININGS & EARLY BIRDS
In order to award effort, talent, passion and compassion, Trilokya offers several different means to achieve discounts on Trilokya hosted trainings and retreats. Please contact us for a list of all discounts! Please note: only one discount per training or retreat may be applied.
PAYMENT PLANS
If approved, we can customize a 3,6 or 12 month payment plan for Teacher Trainings, and up to 4 installments payment plans for Retreats in India, until full payment is collected. In some cases we can include room and board along with tuition.
We arrange payments to be made on the 1st and/or 15th of each month.
We require in all cases a card to have on file for processing OR we can accept checks that are postdated for the agreed dates and amounts.
In most cases, we require that payment plans are completed before the last day of the offering for teacher training, and before the first day of offerings for Yoga Retreats. If you are accepted to have a payment plan extend beyond the end of the training, there will be a $50 administrative fee for 3 month plans, a $100 administrative fee for 6 month plans and a $150 administrative fee for 12 month plans.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to get an accurate count for the number of participants, Trilokya requires a deposit and payment in full at least 30 days before the beginning of a training. The closer a withdraw or transfer occurs to the beginning of a training, the more energy and money is invested by Trilokya. For student who would like to cancel their reservation for a retreat or teacher training, money will be refunded according to the following schedule:
For cancellations > 90 days prior to training: A 20% of overall tuition cancellation fee will be applied.
For cancellations 90 - 61 days prior to training: A 30% of overall tuition cancellation fee will be applied..
For cancellations 60 - 31 days prior to training: A 40% of overall tuition cancellation fee will be applied.
For cancellations 30 - 16 days prior to training: A 50% of overall tuition cancellation fee will be applied.
For cancellations within 15 days of training: A 100% of overall tuition fee will be applied.
PRIVACY POLICY
At times Trilokya will collect user information, including but not limited to email addresses, to be used for marketing efforts. Trilokya will never sell any of your information to 3rd parties.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I acknowledge that the Trilokya Activity is inherently hazardous and my participation in the Trilokya Activity necessarily includes certain risks which may result in loss or damage to property or injury, illness, or death to myself or others. I understand that these risks may be known or unknown, identified or unidentified, and anticipated or unanticipated. Specific risks associated with the Trilokya Activity include, but are not limited to: temporary or permanent muscle soreness, sprains, or strains; lacerations; abrasions; contusions; concussions; loss of consciousness caused by external or internal circumstances; ligament, cartilage, joint, or bone damage; head, neck, or spinal injuries; loss of use of arms and/or legs; eye, ear, nose, mouth, or dental damage; disfigurement; nausea; skin irritations; death; or other risks associated and identified specifically with the Activity. I agree and acknowledge that the above list is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with the Activity. I also acknowledge that loss or damage to property or injury, illness, or death to myself or others may result from the negligent acts of Trilokya Activity participants or organizers. I voluntarily accept the risks and dangers associated with the Trilokya Activity. I agree that I will be personally liable for any damages that occur as a result of my participation in the Trilokya Activity. During my participation in the Activity, I agree to adhere to appropriate safety standards to ensure the safety of myself, others, and associated property.
RELEASE
I hereby voluntarily release and forever discharge Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk from any and all liability, claims, demands, attorney fees, actions, or rights of action which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the Activity, including specifically, but not limited to, the negligent acts or omissions of Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk for any and all bodily injury, death, illness, disability, or damage to myself or to my property. I agree that Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk are not liable for risks, negligent acts, or any other liability that may arise in connection with my participation in the Activity.
INDEMNIFICATION
I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk against any and all losses, liabilities, or claims arising out of or connected to my participation in the Trilokya Activity. The indemnification obligations outlined herein extend to any and all costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk in connection with any such loss, liability, or claim.
WAIVER
I understand and acknowledge that by electronically agreeing to the TRILOKYA TERMS & POLICIES, I am agreeing to be bound by its terms and conditions and hereby warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age. I acknowledge that by this Agreement, I have freely and voluntarily (a) given up certain legal rights and/or possible claims that I might otherwise assert or maintain against Camille Litalien and Peter Francyk, including specifically, but not limited to, rights arising from or claims for the negligent acts or omissions of Trilokya; and (b) assumed responsibility and legal liability for the claims or other legal demands, including defense costs, which may be asserted by third parties against me as a result of my participation in the Trilokya Activity. MY AGREEMENT INDICATES THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND THAT IT AFFECTS MY LEGAL RIGHTS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAIVES MY RIGHT TO SUE TRILOKYA.
